1. Who we are
CMC Markets Funded is operated by True North Tech L.L.C-FZ, a Meydan Free Zone limited liability company formed under Formation Number 2646504 and business licence number 2646504.01, with registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
References in this Policy to “we”, “us” and “our” mean True North Tech L.L.C-FZ and, where relevant, service providers acting on our behalf.
Every CMC Markets group entity is a separate legal entity. If you leave our Website for a separate CMC Markets site or app, that site or app will apply its own cookie and privacy notices.
2. What cookies are

5. Consent and legal rules
Where the law requires consent, we ask for it through our cookie banner before we set or read non-essential cookies on your device. We use Google consent mode. Before you make a choice, and if you decline analytics, the Google tag on our pages still sends Google Analytics a cookieless signal when you view a page, such as the page address and details of your browser, and Google receives your IP address with it. It does not set or read a Google cookie on your device. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. Our tag loader also checks, before you make a choice, whether an ad blocker is running, by sending a request to Google that carries no cookie.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent where that is permitted by law because they are required to provide the service you requested, maintain security or remember your privacy choices.
Your choices are generally stored at the browser and device level, which means that if you switch browsers or devices, clear cookies or use private browsing mode, we may ask you to choose again.
6. Third-party cookies
Depending on the relevant page or feature, third-party providers may set cookies relating to analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, chat, media, attribution, affiliate tracking, consent management or embedded content.
We do not control third-party cookies once they are placed except to the extent we control whether the relevant third-party service is loaded on the Website. If you move to a third-party website, including any separate CMC Markets site, that site will control its own cookies.
